There is a maternal healthcare crisis in America caused by systemic racism and implicit bias. Black women are dying during pregnancy at rates up to five times higher than White women and are three times more likely to die following birth. We believe that providing knowledge about physiologic birth, childbirth education, and doula support to can reduce Black maternity mortality.

Give the gift of unbiased support or preparation for birth or a new baby. Your support provides local black mothers to be with our birth and postpartum services without the full financial burden of that support falling on them. At the same time, their doulas are compensated with a living wage for their work. Your contribution will never be used for any administration fees or profits.
