Service Description

One four-hour pre-scheduled virtual sessions (third Saturday of each month) and no more than four other expecting parents. Generalized curriculum with plenty of opportunities to discuss individual circumstances and goals with each other. Group instruction teaching coping measures so your partner is prepared to support you Included in the fee for the class is two weeks of follow up via phone, text, or e-mail should you experience any changes with your pregnancy/birth plan that you need help navigating.
