Service Description

1 four-hour remote session based on times that work with your schedule. Personalized curriculum based on your pregnancy, birth/postpartum goals, and learning needs. Direct, individualized birth and postpartum planning support Remote direction and demonstration of hands-on comfort techniques so your partner can support you. Included in the fee for the class is two weeks of follow up via phone, text, or e-mail should you experience any changes with your pregnancy/birth plan that you need help navigating.
